Patriots Sign LB Ochaun Mathis To Active Roster, WR Braylon Sanders To PS

The Patriots announced on Tuesday that they have signed LB Ochaun Mathis to the active roster and WR Braylon Sanders to their practice squad. Mathis, 25, is a former sixth-round pick by the Rams in the 2023 NFL Draft out of Nebraska after spending four years at TCU.

The Miami Dolphins cleared wide receiver Braylon Sanders and defensive end Wyatt Ray from the injured reserve Wednesday with a pair of settlements, according to the NFL transaction wire.

Dolphins Make Couple of IR Moves

The Miami Dolphins made a couple of additional moves Wednesday involving players who were on their injured reserve list. Wide receiver Braylon Sanders and edge defender Wyatt Ray both were released off IR with an injury settlement, making them eligible to sign with any team other than the Dolphins immediately.
