The Los Angeles Chargers have seen better days than where they currently stand right now. The team is coming off two straight poor performances that saw them drop close games. The defense played terribly in particular, leading to the defeats.
The Chargers announced that they have signed OL Zack Bailey and elevated S Dean Marlowe ahead of their Week 3 matchup. The team also waived S A.J. Finley.
Per Aaron Wilson, the Chargers are elevating S Dean Marlowe and DE Brevin Allen for Week 2. Marlowe, 30, wound up signing a three-year, $1.575 million contract with the Panthers as an undrafted free agent out of James Madison back in 2015.
The Bills’ safety retention effort continues. Dean Marlowe, who returned to Buffalo via trade at last year’s deadline, agreed to terms to stay. He signed a one-year deal, according to the team.
