AHL: Justin Bailey Signs Overseas

The San Diego Gulls are losing forward Justin Bailey, who is signing with Barys in the KHL. Bailey, in 71 games for San Diego last season, had 42 points on 25 goals and 17 assists. He was a plus-one with five power-play goals, two shorthanded goals, and nine game-winning goals. In two playoff games, he was held pointless and was a minus-two.

The Buffalo Sabres drafted Bailey 52nd overall in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. He spent three seasons in the OHL appearing for the Kitchener Rangers and Soo Greyhounds.
