Kevin Durant sends profane message to LeBron James' critics

Kevin Durant came to LeBron James’ defense against critics who did not like James’ decision to join the Philadelphia 76ers.

Durant spent part of Friday on Threads defending James from critics of how he handles himself off the court. According to Durant, fans are “too emotional” about James, and that it does not matter how many times James has swapped teams.

“Y’all n—-s be too emotional, how he moves is not gettin in your way at all,” Durant wrote. “U don’t know this man personally but have personal disdain like he really f—-d your life up. U in too deep my boy.”

Durant and James have always had a good relationship, and Durant has always been dismissive of fans who are not happy about that. One could certainly argue James doesn’t need the backup, but Durant does note that he is the major topic of conversation at the moment.

Durant probably does not mind that he and James are no longer in the same conference. The Houston Rockets’ road to the NBA Finals is a bit easier as a result, at least if Durant and the rest of the team stay healthy.
