Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce purchased a new crib before the 2026 NFL season.

Libertina Brandt and E.B. Solomont of The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday that Ohio native Kelce purchased a home near Cleveland and along the edge of Lake Erie in March before marrying pop star Taylor Swift at Madison Square Garden on July 3. WKYC-TV in Cleveland later confirmed that Swift participated in the purchase of the property. As you would have guessed, it wasn't cheap.

How much did Travis Kelce, Taylor Swift's home cost?

The couple reportedly purchased the home for $5.35M. Don't worry, they can afford it. Per Spotrac, the TE has earned $111,194,254 in 13 seasons with the Chiefs. This season, he's set to make $12M.

Swift, meanwhile, could buy two of these homes. Forbes estimates her net worth is $2B.

It sounds like Swift and Kelce are getting their money's worth. The house, built in 1895 and renovated in 2024, is 21,000 square feet and sits on a 3.5-acre property. It features eight bedrooms, a game room and a home theater where there was originally a ballroom.

And if that wasn't enough, it has a gatehouse converted into a two-bedroom guest cottage. Perhaps Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes can stay there if they ever visit.

Neither report clarified if this is the home Swift and Kelce will settle into after the TE, who turns 37 on Oct. 5, retires. Both already own multiple homes.

This upcoming season could be Kelce's last, prompting him to set big goals. One of those goals is to win his fourth Lombardi Trophy. Perhaps he can put a replica of it on display in the living room if he does, but he'd better run it by Swift first.
