Andre Onana has slammed his former players, building more tension as the end of the season quickly approaches for sides across Europe.

The goalkeeper has been on loan at Trabzonspor since his move to the Turkish side last summer from Manchester United.

Alongside this, for the first part of the season, he represented Cameroon at international level.

But, with his last appearance for his country coming on 13th November last year, it appears that he is not the number one choice anymore.

He has now opened up on this with him slamming his former Cameroon internationals.

Speaking on a TikTok live, as relayed by Sport Witness, the goalkeeper explained that “very few have the courage to criticise publicly.

“I’ve been around some of the former players.

“When you hear them speak in public and then hear them speak off the record, you’d think they were two different people.

“There’s a price to pay, and they’ll hit you. Then there’s the manipulation, the total disinformation.”

Andre Onana’s future is yet to be decided as the end of the season approaches quickly.

He could complete a permanent move to Trabzonspor, a move that could depend on the financial figures of the deal given the latest comments from those at the club.

Should he complete a permanent move to Turkey, Manchester United appear to have enough depth to cover the goalkeeper position given Senne Lammens and Altay Bayindir are currently at the club.

Whilst his club future appears uncertain, his international uncertain could further be thrown into question given the latest comments that he has made about his former international counterparts.

Focus may now switch towards the country’s selection panel and towards fans in the nation to see how they react to the comments made by Andre Onana.
