Chelsea's first public outing in charge of the Blues will be a friendly against Western Sydney Wanderers at Sydney's Accor Stadium on Tuesday in the 2026 preseason tour.

The Premier League side are also without a number of players who are still on post-World Cup breaks, such as Morgan Rogers, Reece James, Trevoh Chalobah, Pedro Neto and more. As Chelsea prepare for the new campaign, they are instead expected to be relying on a mix of experienced first-team regulars, summer signings and academy prospects to get the job done.
