A perfect start
Inter Milan have made a strong start that now ranks among their finest openings in Serie A history during the era of three points for a win.
Saturday evening brought a valuable 3-1 win away at Bologna in the seventh round of the competition.
According to Opta data, Inter have collected 19 points from their first seven matches, reaching that tally for only the fourth time since the three-point system came in for the 1994-1995 season.

Three previous seasons saw the black and blue side hit the same mark after seven games: 1997-1998, 2002-2003 and 2017-2018.
They've done it unbeaten, too. Six wins and one draw.
Inter sit top on 19 points. Bologna remain on 5, provisionally 14th.
