Both Barcelona and Real Madrid are in red-hot form going into El Clasico. The two biggest clubs in Spain will fight for pride, power and all three points at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday. Barcelona lead the race in La Liga with 27 points from a possible 30. Madrid aren’t far behind, with 24 points from ten games.

As the heated clash nears kick-off, Barca star Jules Kounde has come forward with a ‘bold’ statement for rival star Vinicius Jr. The Frenchman is considered to be one of the best full backs in the league and will come up against the Brazilian in the absence of Ronald Araujo . Vinicius is on a brilliant run of form at the moment, with a hat-trick against Borussia Dortmund earlier this week.

Scared or Vini? No. He’s the Ballon d’Or favorite and it’s a challenge. I love playing against the best. I’d say that he’s the biggest threat.

Jules Kounde told the press

Besides football, Kounde is one of the most fashionable players in the sport, with clips and images of his stunning outfits often going viral on social media.

Barcelona ‘need’ to prevent Real Madrid from snatching club record

The upcoming El Clasico will significantly determine the way this La Liga season progresses. A win for Barcelona will help Hansi Flick ‘s side comfortably pull away from the Los Blancos. However, a win for the men in white will mean that they will claim top spot. The game also sets the stage for a unique opportunity for either side.

Barcelona currently hold the record for the longest unbeaten run in La Liga with 42 games. Real stand the chance of snatching their rivals’ record with a win over them in front of their own fans! Better yet, Barcelona have the opportunity to silence the entire home crowd and deny their rivals an unbelievable record.

Star man Lamine Yamal is coming in style for the crucial game, with posts on social media revealing a custom-made TWOJEYS brackets. Hansi Flick’s side are on a dominant run following wins over Sevilla, Bayern Munich and now hopefully for them, Real Madrid. Madrid will most likely adopt the 4-4-2 formation against Barcelona on the weekend.
