In their last five games, they’ve won two (Leicester City and Tottenham), drawn one (Arsenal), and lost two (Chelsea and Brighton and Hove Albion).
And in their final game, they’ll be looking to end the season on a high.
Despite their slump in form Liverpool still remains the favourite heading into the game.
In their last 14 final premier league games of previous seasons, the Reds have won 13 and with key player Mohamed Salah looking to win the European Golden Boot, after winning the the Premier League Player of the Season, the Egyptian would have to be more clinical in front of goal, having failed to score in their last three games.
After winning the FA Cup against City, Palace have been in a celebratory mood, but it didn’t deter them from coming a goal down against the Wolves to secure all three points in a 4-2 win on Tuesday.
Seasons past, Anfield has not been a good hunting ground for the London side, but given their recent upturn in fortune, where the Eagles have not lost in their last two trips to Anfield, they’ll be looking to capitalise on it and get the best possible result.
The Englishman, who has been sidelined since February, has a slight chance of returning since picking up a hamstring injury that required surgery in an FA Cup game against Plymouth Argyle.
The Eagles will miss Adam Wharton in the game against Liverpool as he suffered a head injury and was forced off the field in the 87th minute of the FA Cup final.
Both he and Marc Guehi had shots whacked to their heads, and although the latter also came off the pitch in the Final, head coach Oliver Glasner hints at a start for their captain.
