Manchester United 2027 kit leaked

Manchester United have already completed their main kit launches for the 2026/27 season, with supporters seeing three very different adidas designs over the summer.

The home shirt brought back a more traditional look, using a classic red base, polo collar and retro inspiration linked to United’s 1977 Domestic Cup triumph.

The away kit went in another direction entirely.

United opted for a royal blue design with red and white detailing, while the return of the adidas Trefoil logo gave it a strong throwback feel.

The third shirt was arguably the boldest of the lot.

An ivory base was combined with floral detailing, maroon accents and green adidas stripes, with the design drawing inspiration from Manchester’s communities and architecture.

Supporters have therefore already had plenty to debate when it comes to what United will wear this season.

However, attention has now unexpectedly shifted towards 2027, with a fresh design already surfacing online well before next season arrives.

Manchester United 2027 design leaks online

According to Footy Headlines, Manchester United’s 2027 training shirt has now been leaked.

The outlet have recreated the design using FIFA Kit Creator after being given information on the upcoming adidas release.

The shirt features a colour combination that is very different from what supporters usually associate with United.

Dark green dominates the base of the top, while deep maroon panels appear around the sleeves, shoulders and lower sides.

Off-white detailing is then used for the Manchester United crest, adidas branding, shoulder stripes and Betway sponsor across the front.

Footy Headlines also report that the shirt is based on adidas’ 2026 training template, meaning the overall shape will already look familiar even if the colours do not.

It is important to note that this is not a leaked match shirt for the 2027/28 campaign.

Instead, it is understood to be part of United’s training collection for 2027.

Even so, the unusual green and maroon combination is likely to divide supporters when adidas eventually releases the design officially.
