Manchester United renew interest in Hoffenheim winger

According to Africa Foot, Manchester United are now seriously accelerating their efforts to land Hoffenheim winger Bazoumana Toure ahead of the summer window.

The highly-rated wide player has emerged as one of the latest names on the club’s shortlist as Carrick looks to add greater depth and competition in attacking areas.

United’s interest is not entirely new either.

Back in 2024, when Bazoumana Toure was still playing in Sweden for Hammarby, scouts from both Manchester United and Arsenal were present during a league match against Hacken as the youngster continued to attract attention from across Europe.

Since then, his development has only increased interest from top clubs.

Newcastle United had reportedly positioned themselves as one of the strongest contenders for his signature in recent months, but Manchester United’s growing involvement in negotiations has complicated matters for the Magpies.
