Report: Tottenham favourites to land South American prodigy, willing to pay £26m

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for the Vasco da Gama attacker Rayan in recent weeks.

They have scouted the Brazilian attacker in action in recent months, and they are keen on securing his signature.
