Winless CF Montreal dismiss head coach Laurent Courtois

CF Montreal fired head coach Laurent Courtois on Monday amid a winless start to the season. Assistant coach Marco Donadel will take over as interim head coach, which the club said would be the only change to the remaining coaching staff.
