Torino defender Schuurs has new surgery on troubled knee

Torino could be without defender Perr Schuurs until 2025 after he underwent a fresh operation on the left knee that kept him out since October 2023. The centre-back was one of the regular starters for Toro until the initial setback, where he tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee.
