Tristan Blackmon's goal allows hot Whitecaps to beat FC Dallas
Tristan Blackmon headed home the match's lone goal early into the second half and that was more than enough for the Vancouver Whitecaps to defeat offense-challenged FC Dallas 1-0 on Saturday in a Western Conference match in Frisco, Texas.

Whitecaps D Tristan Blackmon receives extension through 2027
Vancouver Whitecaps standout defender Tristan Blackmon agreed to a two-year contract extension through the 2027 season, the club announced Monday. Blackmon, 27, has started 51 of 58 MLS regular-season matches in his two seasons with Vancouver.
