Orlando City sign M Wilder Cartagena to new contract

Orlando City signed midfielder Wilder Cartagena to a new contract Wednesday through 2026 with an option for 2027. The 31-year-old from Peru has three goals and three assists in 80 matches across all competitions since joining the club in 2022.

Orlando City signs M Wilder Cartagena to 2-year deal

Orlando City moved to retain Wilder Cartagena, signing the midfielder Thursday to a two-year guaranteed contract through 2025. Cartagena, 29, had been on loan with Orlando City the past two seasons after previously playing for Al-Ittihad Kalba FC of United Arab Emirates' UAE Pro League.
