Head coach Stephanie White and the Indiana Fever hosted an open practice for fans Monday at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Following the practice, season ticket holders were treated to a Q&A session with players.
That’s when things got a little entertaining for the Fever, who head into Wednesday’s game against the Golden State Valkyries with a 9-9 record.
When asked by a fan which teammate she'd want to be "stuck on Love Island" with, Lexie Hull quipped, “I don’t know if I want to be stuck on an island with any of you guys," while looking at Caitlin Clark who responded with a shrug and a smile.

The crowd at Gainbridge Fieldhouse burst into laughter, and Sophie Cunningham, seated beside Hull, could't help but join in.
Hull, a 25-year-old guard out of Stanford, was selected sixth overall in the 2022 WNBA Draft. In 18 games this season, she has been averaging 8.4 points and 4.7 rebounds while logging 29.9 minutes per contest.
Clark, the former University of Iowa star, is in her second WNBA season. She has missed five straight games due to a groin injury and nine total this season but did take part in a 5-on-5 scrimmage during Monday’s practice. In her nine appearances, Clark has averaged 18.2 points and 8.9 assists per game.
The Fever are in the middle of a three-game homestand. They’ll face the Atlanta Dream on Friday, followed by a Sunday matchup with the Dallas Wings and former UConn standout Paige Bueckers.
