The Minnesota Lynx are on the road Monday night as they travel to take on the Phoenix Mercury in a Western Conference matchup as part of the WNBA’s Commissioner’s Cup.
Minnesota enters Monday’s game with a 6-2 record after defeating the Chicago Sky in dominant fashion Friday night.
In Friday’s victory over the Sky, Olivia Miles led the way for the Lynx as she recorded 17 points, six rebounds and six assists while Nia Coffey added 20 points and eight rebounds of her own.
The Lynx will try to extend their winning streak to five games Monday as they take on a struggling Mercury team on the road.

Alyssa Thomas led the way for the Mercury in Friday’s loss as she ended the game with 15 points, three rebounds, eight assists and three steals while Kahleah Copper recorded 16 points and three rebounds.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Monday night’s matchup, both may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
The Lynx have three players listed on their injury report, including Napheesa Collier and Dorka Juhasz.
Minnesota has ruled out Collier as she remains sidelined to begin the season while recovering from a left ankle injury.
