Naomi started her wrestling career back in 2009 when she signed with the WWE and joined their then-developmental brand, Florida Championship Wrestling. She has pretty much been non-stop since then, working on the main roster and a stint with TNA Wrestling. Her work in WWE right now has been some of the best of her career, seeing her turn heel to start a feud with Jade Cargill for WrestleMania 41.
Naomi's personal life has been a bit public as she took part in the reality show Total Divas, where fans got a look into her life alongside her husband, Jimmy Uso. They've been married since 2014 and are raising Jimmy's two children from another relationship.
Naomi on wanting kids and having health issues“If we’re gonna have kids I have to start that process very soon…. I’m just so passionate about what I’m doing bc I really think this might be it.”(The Nikki & Brie Show)pic.twitter.com/xKWkEwMEkA— Vick (@Vick_8122) April 28, 2025
Naomi would go on The Nikki & Brie Show with Nikki and Brie Garcia, and the topic of Naomi having children came up. Naomi admitted that she always wanted to have children and that there isn't much time to finally start doing that. She talked about the health issues she has suffered and that her biological clock is ticking.
Naomi further said,
"I have to step away and, you know, take care of my health, take care of myself and if we’re going to have kids, I have to start that process very soon, so with that on my mind, too, and on my plate, I think that makes, you know, my time left here even more special and valuable to me and that’s why I’m like, just so passionate about what I’m doing, because I really think this might be it." h/t Wrestlingnews.co
During this conversation, Naomi also got to speak a bit about her heel turn and the feud she has been having with Jade Cargill. She talked about the nerves she has about needing to change her gear, moveset, style, and everything else involving the heel turn, but wanted to make the change as she felt it was needed.
She would also give some props to Cargill, saying, "As much as I can't stand her, I also want to give to Jade, what she deserves". The pair had a solid match at WrestleMania 41, and it seems that it is far from finished, as the two continued to fight back and forth on SmackDown just recently.
