WWE Crown Jewel was the site of one of the most highly anticipated showdowns of two of the WWE’s best for the Women’s Crown Jewel Championship: WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton versus Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer. Up to this point, these two women showed a tremendous amount of respect for one another, even teaming up on the previous night’s WWE SmackDown to claim a win in a tag team match against Giulia and Kiana James.

Last night’s win was only the tip of the iceberg for Stratton and Vaquer, as both women have had a tremendous run in 2025. Stratton has been undefeated this year and achieved unimaginable heights, such as defeating Charlotte Flair at the “Grandest Stage of them All,” WWE WrestleMania 41.

On the flipside, Stephanie Vaquer has proved that, barely a year into her tenure on the main roster, she can hang and she’s here to stay. La Primera won an exciting Battle Royal at WWE Evolution II to become the number one contender for the Women’s World Title. When the time came at WWE Wrestlepalooza, Vaquer realized her dream by overcoming one of the absolute best today in the form of IYO SKY to notch her first WWE Women’s World Championship.

This match in Perth was the culmination of both women’s unbelievable 2025, going into battle to prove who truly is the best women’s champion in WWE.

To nobody’s surprise, Vaquer and Stratton put on a “Match of the Night” contender in Perth, pulling out all the stops and going move for move in hopes of claiming the WWE Women’s Crown Jewel Championship to add to their already impressive resume.

The match was extremely hectic, with Vaquer and Tiffany Stratton putting the pedal to the metal. Neither woman was going to die on this night. Unfortunately, there can only be one. Stratton thought she had Vaquer with a devastating Knee to the face and a Rolling Senton. Tiffany would go for the Prettiest Moonsault Ever, but Stephanie Vaquer would roll out of the way.

Stephanie Vaquer would ascend the top rope, hitting her impressive Corkscrew Splash, reminiscent of AJ Styles’ Spiral Tap, notching her the WWE Women’s Crown Jewel Championship. After the match, WWE’s Chief Content Officer, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, would present Vaquer with the ring and put the title around her waist.

Congratulations to La Primera, our #AndNEW WWE Women’s Crown Jewel Champion.
