For the first time ever, WWE is holding a PLE/PPV in Germany. Bash in Berlin takes place from Uber Arena on Saturday afternoon. The event airs live on Peacock/WWE Network with a 1 p.m. Eastern start time in the United States. Before the show, there will be a two-hour Countdown special. World Heavyweight Champion Gunther — who is from Austria and spent a significant portion of his career wrestling in Germany — will face off against Randy Orton. It’s Gunther’s first title defense since dethroning Damian Priest at SummerSlam. This is the second-ever match between Gunther and Orton. Gunther won their first meeting at King & Queen of the Ring, but there was a controversial finish where Orton had his shoulder up while being pinned. Cody Rhodes vs. Kevin Owens for the Undisputed WWE Championship is also set for Bash in Berlin. In another title match, Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill are challenging WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn. Two grudge matches round out the rest of the card. CM Pu
