Is it me or has this last week of TV been pretty boring since the NBA Finals ended? The lakers gave it a good try. I kinda wanted to see them pull it out but KG, Ray and Pierce deserved it more. Well last week we finished up the last of our OTA's (thank god). I swear we had to have been the last team to finish cause all my other friends around the league have already started their vacations. Still haven't decided on where I'm goin just yet. Not picky. Just need anything that'll get me some rest and relaxation cause training camp will be tough. And you know that's followed by 16 tough "battles". And hopefully a few after that (if you know what I'm sayin'). Cause this year it seems, even more than in years past, that we all have things to prove as a team and individually. But as my dad always taught me, the cream will rise to the top. And above all else...respect is earned, not given. So we gotta go take it cause they damn sure won't hand it to us. Will it be hard? Probably. Can it be done? Ain't a doubt in my mind...Believe that!! Well I'm bout to kick back and put my feet up and enjoy this off time before I head back to work again so it's gonna be a good lil' minute before I post an article again. But I'll at least be near a computer so don't be afraid to reply cause I'm still gonna be able to get back at ya'll. Peace! Stay cool in the hot sun....LOL

	enjoy the break Stan. you got the right attitude about workin hard and earning respect. do you usually watch other teams play during the season even if their in different conferences or is that just too much football to watch? i cant wait for preseason to start up

	I love watching football. It's the only way you'll learn. But sometimes, maybe deep into the season I try to stay away from it though....

	How you feel being a raider though? I dont know if you already answer that question from previous posts, but this franchise is a hate it or love it kinda of team. I grew up being a raiders fan and im glad your on yardbarker supporting the team and the bay area. Hope you have an outstanding year. Go Raiders!

	The raiders will have their time again. I thought for sure when they had Moss and Sapp they were going to do better. It really hurt my weekly stats when I would pick LA to win and they would lose. Dammit! Don't let us degenerate gamblers down this year! Does LA get the June gloom like S-Cal?

	hear me now...the Raiders will make the playoffs this year, and Surprise Team of the NFL this coming from a Giants fan...Your defense is nasty and I beleive your secondary is one of the best and yall got Gibril Wilson (so upset when Giants let him go).. 	He is competing with Reed Doughty, which shouldn't be an issue for him. But then again I thought Adam Archuletta wouldn't have been the highest paid safety in the league, yet get benched. Free agent in 2010? Come over to the Skin's man, you'll get a fat paycheck with your skills. Plus you'll probably line up with Carlos Rogers, you two would make a sick combo.

	What's up Stan? You should check out Belize for a nice vacation. I went there a couple years ago & toured around the underground rivers. That was pretty cool. They have amazing beaches too. This Summer I'm going to check out the NBA summer league in Vegas cause I miss Basketball already. Whatever you do have fun! :)
