Leodis McKelvin has had a rough couple of days. First he played a key role in the Bills’ 25-24 loss to the Patriots after fumbling a kickoff that led to the eventual game-winning touchdown, and then he came home to see that his lawn had been vandalized. What they did to his yard was wrong, but what he did on the field was wrong as well.
A) He caught it in the end zone.
B) He hesitated.
C) He should have taken a knee in the end zone and had it taken out to the twenty.
D) When you are getting tackled in that situation, you go down.
E) The reason why you go down is because the Patriots spent endless hours over the summer to prepare for that exact situation. Stand him up and strip the ball.
F) The end justifies the means. "He was just trying..." doesn't cut it in the NFL.

it's also possible that his coach told him to do what he did (not fumble, but try to extend the play) and he was just following orders.

I had the displeasure of spending 8 months of my life there....ugh
Their coach is a former OSU coach who coached under Tress. Toledo's coach's dad used to coach under Tress's dad. Tress and Toledo's coach went to the same highschool. Toledo's offense is insane.
