Surveillance Tapes Contradict Javon Walker's Claims

Raiders WR Javon Walker was seen entering a car under his own power at the Bellagio the morning he was found beaten and unconscious, it was learned Friday. Metro police have surveillance tape of Walker going to the car, and it doesn't match the abduction story he told a Web site Tuesday, the source said. "I was just back at my room, and at about 5:30 in the morning," Walker told TheDirty.com, "I got a knock at the door. I opened it, and three guys with guns were there. They cracked me in the head a few times, knocking me unconscious. They then robbed me of everything I had; my watch, money, everything. Somehow they got me to a car and dropped me off in the street. That's what happened." Walker was found in a pool of blood around 7:30 a.m. Monday.

For me the real question would be how credible is the report itself. I can't help but be wary of these 'sources' and second and even third hand reports of what people supposedly said. We haven't heard much by way of direct statement from Walker. In fact, even Kiffin hadn't. It may be true but I'm not going all that convinced that we even have a credible statement from Walker to begin with.

What will be credible is the surveillance tapes. The casinos have surveillance capability for every bit of their property. If the tapes show Javon getting into a vehicle, that's the lead that will be followed. Since Javon got banged up, his memory may not be that helpful. It could be a fair guess that the surveillance tapes don't show a clear shot of a complete license plate. If it had, an arrest may already have occurred. Since it hasn't, maybe a partial, so it will help narrow down the possibles. Also, if any facial views of those in the car are available, perhaps these folks have been around the casino before, so maybe they are on other tapes.

I agree. But what I question is the report of Javon's story itself. did he actually give that incredibly lame explanation. I'm not all that convinced that it is a reliable report. How many times have we been led astray by supposed reliable 'private' (and nameless) sources?

What reliable and nameless source? The report on that website says it was him that interviewed with them.

yeah, it hurts to say it but you're probably right. lol i just reread "the dirt" article. my bad.

Reddit, You sound like a cool guy. But i just hate to say to you man but , but,but this dude was up to no good and he got caught up. Sorry Redd

I think he's just too embarrassed that he got beat up by a tranny.

Thumbs up, Philly. And I'm a Raiders fan! LMAO!

Thats not funny! LoL but ill give ya 1 point. Sorry Redd again but this was funny

AWW NAW !!!!! LOL I HOPE THAT AINT TRUE .. BUT I JUST WANNA KNOW WHY HASN'T HE BEEN ON ESPN OR BEHIND THE SHEILD ????? HE'S LOOKING LIKE A LAME RIGHT NOW HE DONT GOT NOTHING TO BE ASHAMED OF HE GOT JUMPED !!!!! ... " IN THIS CASE HAVE A LIVE INTERVIEW STATING WHAT HAPPEND .. LET THE RAIDER NATION KNOW THAT YOUR IIGHT "

Tranny?

What was Donovan's Mom doin' there?!

Thats right.

I went there...

Hahaha, he's funny.

Did he not think that a Casino in Las Vegas wouldn't have cameras dotting the ceilings and hallways of the hotel? And its the Bellagio! I think there's a stat out there that I read that it has the Most cameras than any other casino in Vegas. The tape showed him willingly crossing the casino floor, and getting into the vehicle at his own will. So why would he fabricate a story like this? To save face? Maybe to catch a case on the people who did it to him because of his own stupidity. Who knows...

I knew Javon was full of s--t from the beginning. Sounds like he wanted to finish his night of "Poppin Bottles" in da club with some crack or weed. He was in the wrong part of town and got himself jacked and beat up. I guess this is how he shows he's responsible and deserves that enormous contract.

True , But he got jumped by some nice thugs. They brought him back after they turned him out.

it wouldnt suprise me if thedirty.com got one thing right. They are usually not the best at getting the truth or dirt out there...

Seriously people??? I'm not saying that thedirty.com story has to be accurate. But come on. 3 guys went into a casino, and dragged him out? I'll say again..3 guys dragging a 6'4" man through the hallway, into an elevator, out of the elevator and out the front door? No one seen this? No bellhop, patron, dancing girl? no one? In one of the busiest casinos thanks to No Limit Holdem Poker. Javon is so full of ish..IF he did indeed say this...

Yep dats what happened, I saw it all 3 6'5" Trannys took advantage of this poor little guy, and nobody stopped to help.(This is the Main Reason I don't Hang with Trannies,They jus dont know how to act in Public)

ya that and the fact they have penises where theres supposed to be a vagina! LOL i couldnt resist

LOL ,O yea i forgot about that! thanks Annt. i knew it was somthin else.

4sho

I dont want to sound like an awhole , but this story is getting old . who cares if he willingly got into a car , the main thing here is he was hurt . the dude was taking some time off and got mugged. it happens get over it.
