As if the 2013 NFL Draft was not already interesting enough by Saturday morning; the Philadelphia Eagles made the most questionable pick in the draft when they moved up to select Matt Barkley with the 98th overall pick and the first pick of the fourth round. Considering the Eagles already have 3 quarterbacks in camp capable of starting; the only thing that makes since for Chip Kelly to draft Barkley is so he does not have to worry about losing to him anymore.Barkley was the topped ranked quarterback heading into the 2012 college football season but soon saw his stock fall after a sub par season, and finishing the season on the bench due to a shoulder injury.
