MVN:
Carson Palmer is expected back after missing most of 2008 with an elbow injury. The team proved last year it was not built to handle an injury to its franchise quarterback (most team's aren't) and 2009 will be no different. The Bengals elected to go for a cheap backup quarterback with some experience settling on former Lions and 49ers JT O'Sullivan. The third stringer is Jordan Palmer. Considering the backup options are mediocre the team could invest a pick in a developmental quarterback mid/late on day two. Unfortunately, it is not a good quarterback class this year.
Late Round Sleepers (5th-7th round): Graham Harrell, Rhett Bomar, Nate Davis, Hunter Cantwell, John Parket Wilson
