News of the week put off the weekly smorgasbord of game-review observations. Here goes:
* But of course, T.J. Rushing gets hit at the 20 on the opening kickoff. This record keeps skipping. Blocking, blocking, blocking.
* RB Joseph Addai needs to cut right on his first rush, but the stutter step allows the Titans' Kyle Vanden Bosch to bring him down from behind.
* QB Peyton Manning is expecting pressure from that left side on his initial third-down throw. He steps up in the pocket and makes the completion for the first down.
* RG Mike Pollak and RG Ryan Diem double team the tackle, but let him get through to get a knockdown on Manning. Two guys on one? This should never happen.
* Titans react well in zone coverage to the short throw to TE Dallas Clark and prevent the first down to force an early punt.
* The Colts miss two tackles on RB Chris Johnson after he catches a pass on first down. Nice hit, CB Jerraud Powers, but wrap the guy up.
* WLB Clint Session plugs the hole nicel...
