Starting in his place will be LeSean McCoy, who isn't much of a drop-off. Newly signed P.J. Hill will suit up for the Eagles and be the 3rd RB. The other notable inactive for the Eagles is Macho Harris, who will be replaced by Sean Jones in the starting line-up. Jones got beat out by Harris in the preseason for the starting free safety spot but now he has his opportunity to re-claim the spot.
