Josh Hamilton will play center field and bat first in his second rehab game for Triple-A Oklahoma tonight in Des Moines, Iowa. He went 1-for-7 on Wednesday as the RedHawks beat the Iowa Cubs 1-0 in 14 innings. He said he made progress with his timing each at-bat, and is eager to log nine innings at Principal Park. Fast-working right-hander Greg Reinhard struck out Josh Hamilton with a fastball in the seventh inning, leaving the slugger 0-for-4 tonight and 1-for-11 in two games with Triple-A Oklahoma. The Rangers have said they don't want Hamilton to return to the lineup until his timing is right and he is centering balls regularly. He definitely needs another game tomorrow. -- Jeff Wilson
