San Antonio Spurs waive Marcus Williams
TEAMS: San Antonio Spurs
PLAYERS: Marcus Williams,  Malik Hairston
And then there were 15. The Spurs have announced that Marcus Williams has been waived.  Considering Malik Hairston's play and the fact Marcus didn't play in the last couple preseason games, this isn't a surprise. The two remaining decision are: 1)  Do they keep Hairston?  2)  Do they extend Ian?  We'll know the answer in the next couple days.  Hairston by end of day tomorrow and Ian by October 31st.
