A couple weeks ago, when our boy Townie wrote that he was planning a trip to the Hall of Fame when Colorado’s Todd Helton would be inducted, I scoffed. Granted, I do scoff a lot; I’m a scoffer.  But I felt totally justified shooting Townie a few emails asking if it was satire or if he was perhaps referring to a special hall of fame just for obscure players in the mountain states. But now I’ve heard news that has totally changed my opinion of Todd “Mr. Rockie” Helton, like 540 degrees. OMFG! Did you hear, last week Helton hit his 506th career double! Tying him with Babe FREAKIN’ Ruth! I mean, DAMN!  I totally apologize to both Townie and Mr. Helton. It’s embarrassing how...
