After spending the night replaying his routes, Sam Hurd was asked if he could have done anything differently to beat Champ Bailey. Hurd managed to cross Bailey's face on both plays, but the eight-time Pro Bowler gained inside leverage for the breakups. Hurd said Monday that a more aggressive route would have given him the edge. ``I would have come a lot flatter, attacked the ball more and put my body in front of Champ,'' Hurd said. ``He slipped around and was able to get in front. I lost him a little coming underneath. I was hoping that he was still behind, but he slipped around.'' The matchup, or mismatch, remains a mystery. Bailey has 44 career interceptions. Hurd has 28 career receptions. ``You've got to learn from your mistakes and know what you did wrong and what could have happened and then you apply that to the next time,'' Hurd said. ``I will work as hard as I can.
