Young in, Millwood out, vote for Kinsler

Ian Kinsler and Kevin Millwood were not selected as reserves for the All-Star team. Kinsler didn't make the club among a deep field of second baseman, and Millwood's snub -- and it is a snub -- is likely the result of AL manager Joe Maddon being required to pick one player from the White Sox (Mark Buehrle) and the A's (rookie Andrew Bailey). Maddon also took Red Sox knuckleballer Tim Wakefield, who has won 10 games but carries a 4.30 ERA. Hope is not lost for Kinsler, who is one of five players fans can select for the 33rd and final spot.
