Ian Kinsler and Kevin Millwood were not selected as reserves for the All-Star team. Kinsler didn't make the club among a deep field of second baseman, and Millwood's snub -- and it is a snub -- is likely the result of AL manager Joe Maddon being required to pick one player from the White Sox (Mark Buehrle) and the A's (rookie Andrew Bailey).
