49ers rookie RB Marcus Lattimore told reporters that he feels as though he’s capable of participating in training camp activities. “I could play now, without question,” said Lattimore, via the Los Angeles Times. “I probably wouldn’t look my best. But if I was called upon, it could happen.” San Francisco drafted Lattimore in the fourth-round, despite the fact that he’s coming off of a major knee injury that he suffered while at the University of South Carolina.
