October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, which means everyone will be thinking pink and wearing pink for the majority of the month. The NFL already kicked off their campaign by having players, coaches and refs clad in the color pink this past weekend, and will continue to do so for games played in the month of October.
But some pink gloves here and a ref’s pink whistle there...
Props to whoever came up with this idea. It’s a unique idea that stands for something very important. All of us know someone who has been affected by breast cancer.
