Gareth Bale will not make his home debut for Real Madrid after getting hurt during warm-ups for the Spanish league match against Getafe .
Bale was originally in Madrid's starting lineup Sunday, but he was scratched after Madrid's medical staff was seen checking his left thigh.
Defender Raphael Varane, returning from a long injury layoff, took Bale's roster spot, while Francisco ''Isco'' Alarcon replaced him in the starting lineup.
Bale had played in two games, both away, for Madrid after his world-record $132 million transfer from Tottenham.
