CHICAGO -- Chicago Bears strong safety Al Afalava is scheduled to undergo a magnetic resonance imaging Monday after injuring his right shoulder in Sunday's loss to Arizona. "I already injured (the shoulder) in preseason, but I just hurt it more," Afalava said. "I missed a tackle on a long run and the running back ran through my arm." Charles Tillman (shoulder) and Garrett Wolfe (back) also left the game and did not return. Tillman experienced problems with both shoulders during the 2008 season, and elected to have reconstructive surgery on his right shoulder this past offseason. Tillman was replaced at cornerback by Corey Graham.
