His first season with the Blue Jays didn’t go quite as planned, so SS Jose Reyes is getting in some early outdoor practice so that the 2014 MLB season gets off on the right foot. And by early outdoor practice we mean he went out and played catch in ankle deep snow… Reyes uploaded this pic to his Instagram account (@lamelaza_7) with the following caption… You See an obstacle (snow) I see opportunity to be great! Just know that somewhere somehow there might be someone working harder than you. We get it in rain, sleet or snow | El que quiere encuentra una forma el que no encuentra una excusa. Para ser bueno en lo que haces hay que trabajar llueva, truene o ventee. eso hace la diferencia y por eso estamos aquí!!! Long Toss Mondays, all I see is ⚾️⚾️⚾️ Props to Jose for getting work in early, but tell me there wasn’t a better option than throwing in the snow? Was a local gym, abandoned warehouse or indoor sports complex not available.? Hell, throw up an inflatable tent and crank up some space heaters. Sure beats freezing your ass off to get some throwing in. The post Because baseball is right around the corner, here’s Jose Reyes playing catch in the snow appeared first on Last Angry Fan.
