Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger seems to be very happy about his recent off-season knee procedure. The procedure/surgery was a minor “clean up” of the knee to get it ready for the 2013 season. ”It feels great, it feels better than ever, like it’s a brand new knee and I feel younger than ever, I feel good,” Big Ben said this week from London. Roethlisberger is known for his toughness, but he acknowledged that “wear and tear” took its toll following 13 games during the 2012 season. That led him to the procedure, which he had on the other knee during the 2005 season. However, despite his toughness Roethlisberger has only played in all 16 games once during his NFL career. For that reason Roethlisberger began working out earlier than in the past this off-season and his goal was to come into camp in better shape than in the past. Having this surgery done now is just [...]

To celebrate the 4th of July on Thursday, the NFL Network had a segment dedicated to the top 10 plays all-time on fourth down, and it should come as no surprise that the Immaculate Reception was tops on the list.
