Ryan Blaney became the youngest winner in NASCAR Trucks Series history Saturday night, taking the caution-filled race at Iowa Speedway at age 18.
Blaney, the son of Sprint Cup driver Dave Blaney, was making his third start in the series. He made his Nationwide Series debut at the track this year, finishing 10th.
Blaney held off Ty Dillon after a late restart on the 0.875-mile track. Todd Bodine was third in the 200-lap race slowed by nine caution periods that took up 54 laps.
The 20-year-old Dillon took over the season points lead.
