The remainder of Brandon Knight’s 2013 season appeared to be in jeopardy for a brief moment on Wednesday night. While chasing a loose ball in the Detroit Pistons’ 105-99 win over the Charlotte Bobcats, Knight had his right knee rolled up on by a diving Kemba Walker. Knight’s knee hyperextended and he dropped to the ground, clutching that knee in pain. Nasty looking injury for Brandon Knight, though he did just hobble off. twitter.com/WorldofIsaac/s… — World of Isaac (@WorldofIsaac) February 21, 2013 The video of Knight’s close-call also can be found at about the 35-second mark of ESPN’s game highlight package: Knight managed to come back into the game after that scary incident, though he then rolled an ankle. After that, Lawrence Frank sat his young guard down for the remainder of the game. Knight is considered day-to-day. The Pistons next play at Indiana on Friday night.
