I’ll be on the beach for tonite’s history making evening in Denver, but I did find this ditty, just released moments ago… In what promises to be a stirring ceremony in front of 4,321 fans at the Pepsi Center this evening the Denver Avalanche hockey club will retire all numbers between 18 and 31. Historic figures such as Jeff Odgers, Warren Rychel, Marc Denis and Scotty Parker are just some of the former icons who will see their numbers raised to the rafters.
