Denver Broncos safety Quinton Carter was arrested on Saturday at the Texas Casino in Las Vegas on charges that he cheated in a craps game. According to a report from USA Today, Carter was arrested after he added money to his bets after the dice had already rolled.Carter was charged with three counts of fraudulent act in a gaming establishment. Each of those counts carries a possible six-year sentence.After posting bail, Carter released this statement:“I am fully confident that when the facts come out, I will be cleared,” Carter said in the statement. “I am truly sorry for the negative attention this has brought the Broncos, our fans and the league.
