Not even these Celtic Hotties could distract the Buckies from puttting a whooping on the Celts.
That’s right all you rabid NBA Fans, the season is under way. Praise Jesus. Your Milwaukee Bucks have kicked off the season with a Bango (heyo!) by going into Boston and spoiling the season opener for the Celtics. Not only did they win, but they dominated the struggling Celtics (ok, maybe struggling is the wrong word, but the Celts are 0-2 and look kinda confused.) The Bucks won 99-88, but at one point they were up by 20. The Celtics fans were booing the home team. Hey Celtics fans, chillout, you assholes have won like 20 championships, and will undoubtedly go deep into the playoffs this year, and it is the second game of the season – remember you went 0-3 to start last year and made it to game 7 of the ECF.
Anyway, back to the Bucks. According to the internet, the Bucks haven’t won their season opener since 2006. What the heck Bucks? Last night, Jennings looked alot like a point guard, and dropped 13 dimes to his teamates. He also had 6 steals. Atta boy BJ. Oh, he also led the team with 21 points. Looks like somebody musta paid the franchise fee, because the Branchise got it done last night.
I know you’ve been wondering about the draft pick. Well, Rookie Doran Lamb went 0-2, and recorded no other statistics in garbage time. Come on Rook, gotta capitalize on those garbage minutes.
1-0 is better than 0-1. Milwaukee hasn’t gone 2-0 to start a season since 2005-2006. Again, what the heck Bucks? However, they have a legit opportunity to accomplish 2-0 tonight when the Cavs come to town for the home opener. Cavs are coming off an old fashioned ass whooping from the D Rose less Bulls (115-86). Jennings v Irving tonight – I heard that Irving is going to wear his old man wig from those commercials in a plan to “punk” BJennings. Go get your tickets folks. According to Jim Paschke, you can get an upper level ticket for $30, and you get a free retro Buck’s logo Tshirt. The shirt is red, so it will definitely increase your swag. Also, all fans will get a rally towel. I mean ****, if that doesn’t get you to the BC, I don’t know what will.
BEST OF MAXIM
Rajon Rondo's one-handed shot-clock beater was named the #3 play of last night by the NBA. Many other entertaining plays are among those in the video above, including a vicious Vinsanity block, a Gerald Green dunk, and a buzzer-beating game-winning 3 pointer by Brandon Jennings.
The Celtics trail the Bucks 46-3 at the half as Brandon Jennings leads the way with 15 points and four assists. It’s been a game marred by a high turnover rate and mediocre shooting, with the majority of the quality offense coming on the break. The lone bright spot for the Celtics has been Jared [...]
New Jason Terry video from the NOC:
ason Terry goes guerrilla headbanding on the streets of Boston, laying his signature "JET" sweatbands on the domes of unsuspecting Celtics fans.

On Friday night the Celtics opened up their 2012-2013 season at home against the Milwaukee Bucks. Coming off a loss to the Miami Heat the Celtics looked to crack down on the defensive end and continue to execute on offense. Unfortunately neither of these things happened for the Celtics as they lost to the Bucks 99-88.
The Celtics struggled from the start looking sloppy on offense...
Last night after the loss to the Milwaukee Bucks, Kevin Garnett gave a speech to his teammates that involved a "pack of hyenas" metaphor. Strange to say the least. But this isn't the first time Kevin has said some very strange metaphors. Lets look back on some of his best.

"We had four assists at halftime, that’s not us. That’s like...

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Brandon Jennings hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to give the Milwaukee Bucks a 105-102 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday night.

Note: This post is not meant to scream, JEFF GREEN’S GOING TO SCORE NO MORE THAN THREE POINTS EVERY TIME HE PLAYS THE MIAMI HEAT!!” or “THE CELTICS ARE SCREWED BECAUSE THEY’RE TOO MUCH LIKE THE MIAMI HEAT!!” It’s simply to advance the conversation about how the Celtics’ on-court relationship with their biggest Eastern Conference rival has evolved. I fear I sound more...
Once again, we recap the best and worst of the Celtics Opening
Week. So far the Celtics are 1-2 to start the season, having lost both the road
and home openers but winning against the lowly Wizards last night. Let’s take a
look at what else is up in Celtics Nation:
Too ‘hot’ to handle: The Celtics came into Opening Day with one thought: beating the Miami Heat to a pulp...
8 a.m. ET: Whoever it was that showed up Friday at the TD Garden wearing the home uniforms, that team did not resemble the squad that the real Celtics insist they can be.
They are what their record says they are, however, and entering Saturday's game in the nation's capital, the Celtics were 0-2. In front of them was an underwhelming Wizards team dealing with injuries to...
Go ahead. Try this at your local schoolyard. Call me when you actually make it.
In other news, Rajon Rondo needs to be more aggressive in his own offense.
There is one thing we do know is that the NBA is a copycat league. When the Boston Celtics revived the 'Big Three' theory, Pat Riley decided that he wanted his own with a slight twist. As a result he got the 'super-brats' together in South Beach and won the 2011-12 NBA title. This year, for some reason, the NBA is not only obsessed with small-ball but the pick-n-roll...
As you might expect, a lot of the talk was about the Celtics lack of defense in their first game. Each player mentioned the need for better transition defense, which means that Doc had drilled that fact into their heads during the preceding practice. Along with transition defense, communication was a topic as well.
It was also announced today that Rondo's Flagrant 1...
