Bill Romanowski played linebacker for 18 NFL seasons, most notably for the San Francisco 49ers and Denver Broncos. During that tenure he made two Pro Bowls and became known as one of the biggest ******** in the NFL.
He played dirty, he spit in another player’s face, punched one of his teammates and admitted to taking steroids during his years with Denver, which is when he made those two Pro Bowls. We’re sure that’s just coincidence, though.
Actually, no. If you want a picture of roid rage, Bill Romanowski is it.
Fans of opposing teams used to chant “Romo’s a homo” when Romanowski was on the field. Frankly, we think that’s more offensive to anyone who’s homosexual than it is to Romo.
Romanowski finished his career with Oakland in 2003 and the house he’s schlepping is in the Alameda County neighborhood of Piedmont. It’s nothing garish, but it’s pretty nice looking.
The Tudor-style home was built in 1921, but the inside has been completely redone. Oh, Romo couldn’t afford to put air conditioning in, though. Must have bought too many roids.
