Carmelo Anthony surprised fans celebrating their Puerto Rican heritage at the 28th annual 116th Street Festival, a Pre-Puerto Rican Day parade event, in Spanish Harlem Saturday afternoon when he drove straight through the event, causing pandemonium. Known to be the largest Latin festival in North America, it was held from 11:00am to 5:00pm and featured 5 music stages and over 200 vendors.
