C.C. Sabathia Pitches Yankees Past Angels

The New York Yankees gave C.C. Sabathia a truck load of money to convince him to come to the Big Apple. On Friday, Sabathia showed the world why the Yankees wanted him so much as New York beat the Los Angeles Angels by a final count of 4-1. In eight innings of work, Sabathia gave up four hits, one walk and one earned run while striking out seven. It was Sabathia second postseason win in two starts.
