The San Diego Chargers brass is headed back to San Diego after three-plus days on the road conducting interviews for the open general manager spot. The team had to rescheduled interview with San Francisco 49ers director of player personnel Tom Gamble for later this week, another sign that Gamble could wind up with the New York Jets, where he is the frontrunner for the job. The Chargers also had dinner, but did not conduct an interview, with Doug Marrone last night. Marrone subsequently took the Buffalo job. The team will make a decision "shortly", according to the source, on a GM, who will join Dean Spanos, John Spanos, Ed McGuire and Ron Wolf in the head coaching search. Source: NFL.com

Ryan Mathews Press Pass "Saturday Signatures" On-Card Fresno State Auto.

I picked up my first Ryan Mathews autograph some time ago, and got it for a pretty good price. On-card sealed the deal, and I really dig the simple design.Don't ask me how that says anything close to Ryan Mathews. Eventually I want to add an auto that features him in a Chargers' uniform. For now though, this will more than hold me over. If he could just stay healthy....
