San Diego Chargers right tackle D.J. Fluker was held out of Chargers practice Thursday after suffering a concussion in Wednesday's practice according to Michael Gehlken the Chargers beat writer.  It was not specified how the concussion happened, but the concussion might be serious enough to hold Fluker out of the game this weekend when they take on the Titans.D.J. Fluker (concussion) did not practice. Suffered injury late during Wednesday's practice and was diagnosed afterward.— Michael Gehlken (@UTgehlken) September 19, 2013Fluker was selected by the Chargers this year in the First round to help solidify their offensive line and protect quarterback Phillip Rivers.  If Fluker isn't able to pass the league's concussion protocol the chargers will have to turn to Michael Harris this week.  The Chargers offense looked really impressive last week against the Eagles, but losing Fluker could hurt them this week.  The Titans are an impressive defensive unit and tough up front. We will know more about Fluker's availability later in the week, but it would not surprise me if he sits out this game.  It would be tough to be able to return from a concussion after only four days.Follow @TheNFLInjuryRpt Looking for fantasy football advice?
